Overview
Everysk continues to expand its intelligent automation platform for capital markets. This release introduces new AI-powered robots that extend workflow capabilities and delivers several enhancements designed to improve speed, usability, and productivity across the platform for investment managers.
New AI Robots
This release introduces a new class of AI-driven robots designed to make workflows smarter and more adaptive. From conversational analysis and deep research to document conversion and retrieval-augmented generation, these tools help investment teams automate complex tasks, accelerate reporting, and improve decision accuracy.
Gen AI Robot
A conversational robot built to interact directly with user prompts. Gen AI is ideal for adding more nuanced, open-ended tasks inside workflows, enabling users to:
- Generate drafts and summaries
- Convert ad‑hoc prompts into structured outputs
- Produce insights from structured and unstructured portfolio data
This empowers analysts and non-developers alike to use natural language as an entry point for portfolio insights and reporting.
AI Deep Research Robot
A robot optimized for complex analysis, combining multi-step reasoning and extended planning with the ability to integrate external context (e.g., web data, filings) alongside internal datasets. Use cases include:
- Portfolio analysis
- Document review
- Investment research
- SEC filing analysis
- Reporting
This enables more complex, multi‑stage research tasks while keeping orchestration inside Everysk workflows.

PDF to Markdown Robot
A fast, reliable converter that quickly transforms PDF documents into clean, structured markdown files, preserving headings, lists, tables, and inline formatting. Markdown output makes files easier to edit, reuse, and version inside reports and notebooks, and can be directly consumed by an LLM more efficiently. This saves time when ingesting research, whitepapers, or regulatory documents, making content immediately usable in downstream workflows.
RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) Robot
Everysk’s RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) robot dynamically retrieves relevant documents and data from connected datastores, injecting them into the AI context before generating results. This RAG robot increases accuracy and traceability of AI responses by grounding outputs in external sources. Useful for:
- Fact‑driven summaries
- Investment memos
- Compliance checks
- DDQ completion

User Experience Enhancements
Enhanced Scheduler Trigger
Full cron syntax is now supported within the Scheduler Trigger, for enabling precise and flexible scheduling of workflows. An intuitive text‑based translation of the cron schedule is displayed to help validate timing at a glance.

Reorganized Robot Library
Robots are now streamlined and reorganized within the robot library to surface the most useful and broadly applicable robots. The library has been pruned and reclassified to surface the most useful tools, reducing clutter and improving discovery.
UI Enhancements
Improved speed and stability across the platform, with faster navigation and more responsive input handling within workflow robots.

All new features are available to customers beginning September 2025. To try the new AI robots in your workspace:
- Open the Robot Library and look under the “Artificial Intelligence” section to explore new AI robots.
